from second hardlock... couldn't get kdb>

This is only the third time the card was correctly identified and all three
times ReactOS crashed during driver install.  First two times were hard system
lock, couldn't get kdb>.  First attachment is from the second lockup.

Second attachment is from the third crash and includes bt and regs.
