It is introduced in 32743. Happens in both QEMU and VBox. To reproduce: move
mouse over taskbar, or over Software/Cathegory window in !Downloader. Debug log
will be flooded with following errors:

number 0x26 in NtUserCallO
neParam(), Param=0x69fc88

Need someone to confirm this bug. Please assign this bug to Timo, as his commit
brought it.
