Happens on QEMU/32761. 
Repeatability: always
Reproduction: 
- start cmd.exe (for example in system32 dir);
- type dir and press enter;
- while dir outputs directory contents, move mouse around;

Effect: when you start moving mouse, cmd starts copying one single line, that
was outputed in the very moment you started moving mouse. If the line was
empty, whole display will be empty. When dir command finishes, normal display
is back.
