This is a pain in the arse to do. It's not a simple case of blitting the
monitor onto the dialog as it would be in a normal window.
Dialogs use something called dialog units instead of pixels to control their
size. This has to be taken into account when blitting the image otherwise
you'll end up with the screen not matching up with the wallpaper / screensaver.

It's not overly difficult to do, but it looks like none of the current devs can
be bothered spending this amount of work for such little gain.
