Tested with r37033:

If I try to set up manual network settings for my Network Connection, they
aren't applied properly. All connection attempts fail.

Furthermore, after clicking "OK" in the dialog and opening the TCP/IP
Properties again, the IP, Subnet Mask and Gateway IP Settings have vanished.

Tested under VMware Server 1.0.4 and QEMU

Tested with 37037, vmware server and NAT connection:

I tried to set up manual network settings.

As Colin said : "after clicking "OK" in the dialog and opening the TCP/IP
Properties again, the IP, Subnet Mask and Gateway IP Settings have vanished."
BUT... if u reboot Reactos and opens again Properties, you will see your Data
correctly.

I have one doubt: Vmware uses 192.168.134.179...If we change manually it..Wont
break Net connection?

> Tested with 37037, vmware server and NAT connection:

VMware's NAT mode most likely uses DHCP, so manual network settings might cause
problems here.
My LAN at home doesn't use DHCP at all, so using VMware's Bridged mode, it
qualifies as a real test network. Besides, this used to work properly with our
previous ncpa.cpl.

Will test janderwald's recent changes towards fixing that problem in some
hours.

The problem still exists in r37043.

While it works properly after restarting the system, it still fails right after
setting up the network and trying to ping any host.
Ping can resolve the DNS, but then fails with "Could not transmit data
(10022)".

Besides, the other problem about missing IP settings after setting them up,
closing and opening the dialog again still persists, too.

In the rev 21868, the changelog says the following:
"Requires a reboot after parameters changes."

I dont see it as a regression...

kind regards,
