There seem to be two problems:

1) Some letters with diacritic signs are shifted a 1-2 pixels to the side (as
seen in part of the attached screenshot at letters 'ì', 'ø' and 'ù'), but the
diacritic signs themselves are in correct position.

2) These same letters respond weirdly to font size setting (maybe font weight
too, that I don't know). Setting FontSize in dll/win32/syssetup/wizard.c:149 to
15 changes size of these letters differently, so the whole sentence looks
correct in the end.

Font itself is correct, as all letters are displayed the same size using
windows' charmap.exe. Or maybe there are only some font sizes prone to these
glitches. Again, this was tested only with Czech option in usetup, so there may
be more such letters in other languages.
