Need to differentiate between new bugs and old bugs,, this is a NewOldBug.... I
see 16 bit mode bug reports all the time,,,, so we pass all but 59 cross tests
in 16 bit mode.......... The clue to the issue is in the last part of the pixel
test run. Place ReactOS in a higher bit mode and do "gdi32_crosstest bitmap >>
data", open "notepad data" move down the list and check the results. I see
FF00FF when we need 00FF00, something like that.....

BTW this has nothing to do with the NEW Menu issue with WinMerge. So is that a
NewOldBug too?
