Hi,"Programs" menu is always full of items,since at least Games,Reactos
Explorer and Games are inside it.
So always has to be highlighted ;)

Maybe u are trying to say "Recent Documents",at first itï¿½s Active when no
Document have been opened.

"Recent Documents" seems to check how many items has shown,if it didnt show
anything then get grayed. It shouldnt work in that way,but since "Recent
Documents" doesnt work correctly(open documents doesnt appear here)we can
expect normal behaviour with it ;)

"Favourites" seems to work in other way. Itï¿½s Active always.Seems it needs a
boolean true/false(true if has any item inside,false if doesnt).But again maybe
itï¿½s an unimplemented feature.
