Open "Text Services and Input Languages" dialog (through "Properties for
Regional Options", "Languages" tab, "Details...").

Adding a new language, choose e.g. "German (Germany)" in "Input language" and
"French" in "Keyboard layout/IME". It will be shown as "French (France)"!

Faeroese, though, behaves differently and always appears as "English (United
States)".

* Try also to add "Burmese" or "Assamese" layout (no matter what a language)
and see.

* You can remove all languages from the list.
