I cannot reproduce the steps.
I cant find any 'ibrowser' under Start->Programs.
Also 'Recent Documents' doesnt work(any open document goes there),so i cant
click on any item created there.
This bugreport seems to be so old and doesnt have any sense nowadays.
I suggest to close it.
