The case of the file extension should depend on the filename and not be
hardcoded. With this change you have the opposite problem, for example if you
have testcase.EXE and launch it via run->"testcaste" you see testcase.exe in
taskmgr instead of the real filename testcase.EXE.

Same problem for filenames, they are lowercase in taskmgr independently from
the real filename.
