yes is true, im making a new one...the rename command is screwed and full of
bugs.

I think i´ll have to rewrite most of it.Wildcards doesnt work correctly.
More wrong behaviours when renaming:

rename C:\ReactOS\hello.txt bye.txt .

WINDOWS: rename hello.txt to bye.txt.
Reactos: Moves hello.txt to C:\ and rename as bye.txt

Another times "rename" cuts the 3 first letters to the filename (when using
Full Paths)

I´ll fight against it...again ;)
