If I try to select more than one (non consecutive) icon with CTRL, I can choose
only one. It also happens with normal folders.

PS: I noticed it works with right control, it doesn't with left one. I have an
Italian keyboard (I've tried english and italian kb layouts in usetup)

To confirm your bug I tried the keyboard configuration (german, english and
italian) via usetup. In all tested configurations the mouse selection works
with left and right CTRL keys. Therefore i can't still reproduce your bug yet.
Maybe another developer can confirm your bug.
