- open "Properties for System";
- on "Advanced" tab push "Environment Variables" button;
- click on scrollbar, "Edit Variable" dialog appears;
- push "Cancel" twice;
- click 'X' button on "Environment Variables" dialog;
- try to close "Properties for System", clicking on its 'X' icon.
