To be more accurate, when double-clicking on the application icon, the default
command(the bold one) gets executed. (The same behavior as in the explorer, if
you double-click on an icon, the default command gets executed.)
If the Default command is not Close, WM_CLOSE won't be send to the window.
If no default command is definated, the first command in the list will be
executed. (This happend on my system before, after i ran out of Handles, and he
coudn't create the full menu ...)
