The proposed workaround is working to install the driver but I had to place the
"rtnic.sys" and its copy "rtnicxp.sys" in the C:\reactos\inf directory for a
successful installation from Reactos install wizard .

- After reboot , this error is output :

(base\services\umpnpmgr\umpnpmgr.c:1956)
DevInstallW('PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8139&SUBSYS_D0101429&REV_10\2&6a4105e9&09')
failed

- HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentContronlSet\Services in not populated
