seems like the answer is in your debug log....
fixme:(dll/win32/user32/misc/exticon.c:416) File L"D:\\SkypeSetup.exe" too
short (section is at 22399488 bytes, real size is 10511374)
check the size of your SkypeSetup.exe, a normal one is really 20 MB large.
