Tested in r36904.

1)Start button->Settings->SettingsMenu->Mouse
2)Click in the "X" at the upper-right corner(it will close the window)

Then try to click in any place.This behaviour isnt in other Items of
SettingsMenu.

This bug was also in 0.3.6, so it isnt a regression,just a hidden old bug ;)
