ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND in r36952 bootcd

steps to reproduce:

1) download the musql installer (.msi) file and copy it into the reactos iso
image
2) boot reactos
3) try to run the mysql installer using the "run..." dialog

tested in r36952 bootcd, with VirtualBox 1.6.6, in Ubuntu 8.10 rc
