I noticed a consistent behaviour in Foxit, gVim and VB5 CCE. All three of those
apps crash at revisions up to rev 33731 with usermode ole32.dll:

At 33732, all three of them get the rpcss.exe cmd spawns.

One could think that 33732 fix may be the culprit to this regression.
