When the new explorer is started, the taskbar appears to be hidden by the
desktop.
This is possibly a problem with the z-order, the desktop should always be at
the bottom.

Quoting Thomas:
"when you double click something on the desktop the task window shortly appears
and gets hidden again by the desktop window. but the desktop window is
registered as the shell desktop window, which (in windows) makes it always on
the bottom and never changing it's z-order.
It works fine in Windows, so I'm pretty sure it's implemented correctly"

Additionally, I've noticed that bringing up the taskmgr (using ctrl+alt+del)
occasionally shows a rather badly painted taskbar.


This bug has stopped the development of explorer_new. If this bug is squashed,
development can re-commence
