Hi,

first of all, could you provide your computer's specs (cpu, ram, gfx card,
motherboard, what type of mouse and keyboard).

Second thing - please read our wiki about debugging, try to get null-modem
cable and send here log from debug version. Without the log it will take a lot
of time to guess where's the problem.
