Localisation issue confirmed with r36306 and german ros/english inkscape
installation.
Second issue seems to be related to small RAM, similar to bug #3732
(OldValue.Locked) - try to increase QEMU's RAM. Inkscape 0.46 installation was
completed successfully for me with 256mb RAM.
