co_IntTranslateMouseMessage now sends the groupbox a WM_NCHITTEST only when the
message is flagged for Remove.

Fixes the up-down control updated twice (+2) and other "double-click" issues.

However it does not solve the not responding mstsc (remote desktop) app.
Tracing shows mouse events in a groupbox do not arrive in this app's message
queue, but clicks between the groupboxes actually do.
