This patch reduces WM_NCHITTEST messages to match windows behaviour (see bug
#3232 for testcase, it is better off after this patch) and fixes the issues
highlighted here. But i'm unsure about two things:
- if that is the right point and way to kill off those messages
- if this is the correct one of the two messages being ignored.
A second opinion this is appreciated.
