You can download Juice app from here:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/juicereceiver/Juice22Setup.exe?download

When running the app, it will launch a message error because it couldnt load
the icon app. 

Other apps seems to not load the Small Icon neither,but this is the first time
i see it launching an Error.

Log attached, but the issue comes from:
(subsystems/win32/win32k/ntuser/cursoricon.c:1720) UserGetCurIconObject()
failed!
