It doesnt work correctly anymore, i dont know why.

I tried both versions. Both have lagging issues with vbox (alike -serial
file:comX back then) and in qemu with -serial COMX, when using com0com.
Outputting to named pipe on qemu works fine, and on vbox has its usual
problems.
