Updating to ReactOS rev. 40471, on VBox 2.2.0, testing Opera 9.64. Starting
Opera with NIC active, ends up with:

MSAFD: STATUS_INVALID_CONNECTION
MSAFD: STATUS_INVALID_CONNECTION
MSAFD: STATUS_INVALID_CONNECTION

After turning on MSAFD debug, it occured that is expecting Async Connect from
MSAFD:
