I get this with rev. 40659 while running mirc.

(dll/ntdll/ldr/utils.c:2069) Failed to create or open dll section of
'c:\reactos\system32\midimap.dll' (Status c0000135)
(dll/ntdll/ldr/utils.c:2069) Failed to create or open dll section of
'c:\reactos\system32\msacm32.dll' (Status c0000135)
(dll/ntdll/ldr/utils.c:2069) Failed to create or open dll section of
'c:\reactos\system32\beepmidi.dll' (Status c0000135)

I installed ros in c:\windows, "reactos" seems to be hardcoded somewhere.
