I thought it was already reported, but...

- start "Command Prompt": right-click on desktop icon and choose "Open";
- enter "exit" command there, but do not click on [x] icon;
- try to open, say, "My Computer" now: "Command Prompt" will appear again.

The same wrongness also is in the System32 folder.
