Please notice, if a file is in UTF-8 encoding and there is a #pragma
code_page(65001), also put #pragma code_page(default) at the end of file, as
here:
http://svn.reactos.org/svn/reactos/trunk/reactos/base/applications/write/lang/ro-RO.rc?revision=40442&view=markup
, or there can be problems when compiling ReactOS. Also try not to leave a
'byte order mark' at the beginning of a file.
