True. I don't use the s and t with comma because they are not common. In fact,
the habit of using "wrong" ş's and ţ's is much much older. I've got in my
personal library books 50 years of age that are written using ş's and ţ's,
not their comma variant. Nobody seems to notice that, though.

Now the problem is that I don't know how to save the .rc files properly, I'm
using the Windows Notepad and if I try to save as ANSI, ă mecomes a, ş
becomes s and ţ becomes t. How can I save the .rc files in CP 1250?

If the problem with s with comma and t with comma becomes so ugly, somebody
shall replace them in the future BUT for the moment please let me finish the
translation using ş and ţ.
