Somebody told me yesterday that I should mark the bug as NEW and assign it to
Daniel Reimer. I simply don't see how. The radio buttons I see are:
- Leave as UNCONFIRMED
- Resolve the bug, changing resolution to...
- Mark the bug as duplicate of bug # ...

And I can't assign it because the assign box is grayed out when I try to add a
new bug.
