6b -> 7 patch

Basically just copied and overwrote files, with some exceptions:
- Changed jmorecfg.h a bit to make the lib compile on RosBE (not tested on
MSVC!)
- Removed memory managers for other architectures (DOS...) in same way as
current trunk does
- Silenced all "'main' is usually a function" warnings by renaming the variable
into main_renamed
- rbuild file modified to reflect file additions and removals
