I guess with this project, new things come to light based on exhausting
research and time. Based on Vista, w7u aka windows 7 ultimate and maybe Server
2008, classes only support Global and Local and system class are no more. With
these changes we learn ("system classes" now we need to call them "Default
Classes"), are registered upon request and no longer bulk registered on every
process creation cycle. 

At first I was mislead by our notes in our source to assume "system classes"
are for "the system" and only registered "once per system"..... So, as it
stands I broke it. So we have this bug report.
