set the SYNCHRONIZE access mask when needed

According to MSDN,
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb432380(VS.85).aspx, NtCreateFile and
NtOpenFile should use the SYNCHRONIZE access mask when using
FILE_SYNCHRONOUS_IO_* option.
