Try to replicate it on r42775 but type "cont" into the kdbg prompt and you
should get a message like "INVALID ADDRESS FILE HANDLE" or "INVALID CONNECTION
HANDLE" and some pointers after. If you get another bugcheck after the first
one, just type "cont" again.
