(There are different installers for 9.64, so the testing is using JUST the
installer of this link)

Summary: The MSI Installer crashes and Opera 9.64 cant be installed.It is an
Usermode exception.

Replication: Download and Install.It will fail while Installing.

Regression testing provides this GAP:
44325(WORKS)-44376(NON-WORKS)
