The mentioned dependencies don't seem to exist this way in our current RosBE 
1.4.x build environments.

Additionally, there were several attempts in bug 4810 to fix this bug for RosBE 
1.5.
Eventually, the final decision was to use LD's --start-group and --end-group 
parameters for the RosBE 1.5 code patch to solve these problems easily and 
without additional hacks.

Therefore, I'm closing this bug as FIXED now.
