Debug log with ndis debugging set to ultra

Tested on revision 44420, using Virtualbox 3.1.0 with networking adapter
emulation set to virtio-net. Used, according to Vbox manual, Windows Guest
drivers from linux-kvm website. It doesnt matter if 2k or xp/2003 version is
used. Debug log attached.
