Now the program works if you don't install the toolbar.
If you install the toolbar the msiexec installer is killed.

If you choose to start the program from the installer without toolbar
installation it isnt started because of:

fixme:(dll\win32\advapi32\token\token.c:694) CreateProcessWithTokenW is
UNIMPLEMENTED!
