Sound on VmWare does not work. It works on VmWare 5.5 - After that release it
no longer works.
When an audio stream is instantiated, and the stream is set to run
(KSSTATE_RUN), the card should periodically call
IServiceGroup::RequestService() so that portcls can copy audio bytes into the
dma buffer. Currently, it doesnt call that.
