It just skips the percent character depending on intel_syntax. I don't
understand, which example or reference do you need.

Can you somehow skip these errors or this file in cppcheck? This code is taken
from elsewhere, and it is not of great importance; it would be easy, but
pointless, to fix these "bugs".
