All glyphs has different widths, but there is no kerning, the glyphs simply
placed one after another.

These advanced mechanisms are not implemented in ReactOS. For Thai text, they
are used to calculate *vertical* positions of certain elements (which, as
screenshot shows, are rendered incorrectly in ReactOS).
