On RectOs-Setup Procedure in German language

1. every 2nd letter is changing to uppercase automatically
2. Password never is the same, have to leave it blank
3. If you want to change something in regional setup (Regionale Einstellungen)
ReactOs freezes

Every thing works with the default values
