Strange thing about this code is that the field exists twice:
WinStaObj->Clipboard->ClipboardSequenceNumber
WinStaObj->ClipboardSequenceNumber
First one is being written to, second one is read. Third one actually exists as
a local variable.
Apart from that: maybe the windowstation clipboard object was not instanciated?
