Normally, a dropdown box would search and select the first entry starting with
the letter you type. But when you type S, it opens the dropdown panel instead.

How to replicate:
Should be self-explanatory but in case, the first place I noticed this issue is
in the regional settings dialog, trying to select "Spain" in the country list
and keymap.
