Probably the HKLM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory
Management\Paging Files key should be written once the pagefile has been
created in NtCreatePagingFile (ntoskrnl\mm\pagefile.c)?

Manually appending the 0 0, fixes the wrong value but "currently allocated"
still shows 0 in sysdm.
