I add "Shut Down" menu to the taskmgr and to all languages...
also add teplates for functions and source code files (shutdown.h and
shutdown.c)
this enhancement doesnt break trunk build (tested)
please commit

and if some of devs have a little bit of time, so please make these functions

New enhanced patch
- added "&Disconnect" and "&Eject Computer" items
- renamed "RosKey+L" to "WinKey+L" as in Windows
- added "ExitWindowsEx(EWX_LOGOFF, EWX_FORCEIFHUNG);" for LogOff

tested, it doesnt break build

Another suggestion from Kario is to : 

- Display more CPU usage graphs if more than one CPU is detected
