Winamp 2.95 uses special cursors over it's window. Seems like user32 doesn't
support loading and finding of color cursors yet and thus loads a wrong cursor
or just interprets a loaded one wrong. 
win32\user32\windows\bitmap.c and icon.c, functions
CURSORICON_FindBestCursor/+2 and ICON_CreateCursorFromData

This is caused because reactos doesnt handle colour cursors correctly yet, same
happens in Paint clone.
